"1.  Overall service was wonderful! We had a special circumstance of having remains shipped on Amtrac train to Montana.  Cremation & Burial Care of Oregon did a fantastic job of coordinating with the funeal home in Montana and reporting back to me.  Andrew JJohnson is an excellent funeral director, acting with sensitivity and professionalism.  Communication skills are key when dealing with the bereaved family and Andrew excells in this area. 

2.  Forethought Life insurance assured that the Portland end of mother's funeral expenses was paid in advance - so appreciated by me!!

3.  Improvement of service suggestion:  Office staff nneds to remind doctor to sign Death Certificate when it is not returned in a timely manner.  After 2 or 3 calls, I finally called the doctor myself to obtain signature."

"Andrew was professional, caring and considerate throughout the entire process.  He called me several time to make sure we had everything we needed.  He and his assistant made sure the pictures and mementos of my mom were moved to the church hall luncheon area during the service so they could be viewed during lunch.  Andrew and his assistant were helpful and respectful a the cemetery.  I will recommend them to anyone I know with hesitation.  Our mom looked beautiful - terrific job!"
