It is our policy to provide assistance to Veterans and their families in need of financial help. Accordingly we have issued the following directive:
"We will provide a direct cremation or immediate burial for any veteran who dies in a Veterans Administration Hospital for whatever burial benefits are available for these services. There will be no cost to the family."
OPTION #1 - Direct Cremation
We will provide all basic services, staff, transportation from hospital, crematory services, and a container for the ashes and delivery to Willamette National Cemetery. These services will be provided for whatever cash benefits that may be available from the V.A.
OPTION #2 - Immediate Burial
We will provide all basic services, staff transporation from hospital, basic burial casket and delivery to Willamette National Cemtery. These services will be provided for whatever cash benefits that may be available from the VA.
